Use this form to submit a petition to the University College Standards committee. The standards committee makes decisions regarding exceptions to academic and university policies. This form should be submitted to UASB 129 or faxed to 480-727-6156.
Overload Petition
Use this form to request allowance to register for more than 18 credit hours per semester. This form should be submitted to your advisor in UASB 129.
